KOMPLEX RECORDS was founded originally by Roc in 1997 under the name Most High Records. The company released an EP which featured Pep Love of Hieroglyphics, Raw Daddi and a host of up and coming Emcees and Poets, the album also brought a lot of attention to Roc's Production. Over next couple of years Roc spent his time becoming not only a Super producer and Deejay but a battle tested Emcee. 2004 marked the beginning for a new era with Komplex Records 1st official release Roc’s (under the name Iroc) “The Paradox”
